There are two types of hearing loss,  conductive hearing loss and sensorineural hearing loss.

Sensorineural hearing loss has been caused by viral infections such as measles, Loudspeaker exposure, Medications that damage hearing, Aging, Hereditary hearing Loss, High fevers, Stroke, Brain tumor

Conductive hearing loss has been caused by Perforation of the eardrum, Wax build-up, Ear infections, Calcification or injury of the bones in the middle ear, Foreign objects in the ear canal

3. Beans (Rajma)

5. Broccoli

Broccoli has contained all kinds of nutrients like vitamin K, vitamin C, and fiber that are helps stop free radicals from damaging the delicate and sensitive tissue in your ears. Steamed, grilled, or raw, be sure to add this one piece of misery into your diet
