Obesity is the most common health problem that people are facing nowadays. The main reason behind obesity is our hectic life, sitting all day on the chair, junk foods and so many. Having fat in the lower abdominal can be caused lots of diseases like heart disease and diabetes. Dieting is not only the solution to losing belly fat. Doing regular exercise or physical activity makes you physically and mentally healthy. It can help you to lose weight easily and fast. Exercise can make our muscles and bones healthy and strong. It can stimulate energy levels and skin health. Here is some belly fats exercise.

1. Crunches

This is the best exercise to burn belly easily for this exercise. Lie down on a mat or the floor and bend your knees then lift the feet off the floor. Pace your hands behind the head. Left your head off the floor and trying to touch knees while inhaling breath. Then go back to the same position and exhale the breath when you going down.

2. Double leg lifts

This exercise has strongly worked on your core and this is the pilates exercise. Lie on the mat or a floor straight with the up face on the mat put palms under the head and make sure your elbows are wider open. Gently joint your heels and raise your legs upwards and inhale the breath.

3. Belly Fat Exercise Twist Crunches

Twist crunches are more effective for tummy and help you to reduce fat. Lay flat on the floor on the position of crunches. And lift the right shoulder towards the left and do the same thing with the right shoulder. Repeat this action and do at least two sets and maintain 10 crunches per set.

4. Belly Fat Exercise Burpees

This exercise is not only good for your abs but it is a full-body workout for this exercise stand straight. The seat in a frog position and jump then push the legs back. Then back to the frog position. Jump vertically and raise your hand straight. Land smoothly on the floor and get back to the frog position again. Do 3 sets of 8 reps of this exercise.

5. Belly Fat Exercise Inching Elbow Plank

This exercise can target the core regions of the abs, arms, and shoulders as well. Lay on the floor in an elbow plank position and clasp both hands and keep the foot wider than hip-width apart. Step the left foot toward the hands and do the same thing with the right feet while lifting hips up slightly and the hips can form the pike position. Then back to the same position this entire process called 1 rep. Do at least 3 sets of 5 reps in a day.
