Go down on the floor in the press-up position. Put your weight on the forearms when you bend your elbows. Form a straight line through your body from shoulders to ankle, suck your belly button into the spine and hold the position for some time and relax. Repeat the same five-six times.
Strengthening the abdominal muscles is the advantage of this exercise. You can put your arms behind your head or cross them in front of the torso. Now, keep your lower body still and move your upper body towards knees. Take a breath and exhale as you go up. Inhale as you bring your body back to the mat, so make sure your neck is not strained during this exercise. Do this 10-15 times.
3. Russian Twist
Sit on a floor or a mat and bend your knees, and make sure your heels should be flat on the mat. Now, start leaning back till you feel the muscle of the abdomen is engaged. You could also come to this position by lying flat on your stomach. Hold your arms in front of your face and make your arms straight. Slowly twist from one side to another. Make sure you are moving your abdomen along not just your arm alone.
4. Crunches Workout For Flat Stomach
Crunches are the fastest easy way that helps you to burn belly fat at home. They build power and endurance in your belly muscles. Lie down on a floor mat, place your hand behind your head, bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground. Lift up your upper body off the floor, exhale as you go up and inhale as you come down.
5. Hollow Body Hold Workout For Flat Stomach
Hollow body hold is a go-to exercise for gymnasts, it’s a major core blaster. The move is a staple of their training for a good reason. Lay down, pressing your lower back to the ground. Hinge at the hips to tuck your knees into your chest while also raising your shoulders off the ground, reaching forward with your arms.
